Only few people co-operate with customers. Actually I don't want to visit any of the offices. As their system is weak, I was made to visit the office. I prefer not to opt for Max life insurance. Their customer service grade has gone down to 20 percent.

A long wait... If you are going here as a customer and want to close a policy you will be given a long wait and people don't attend. If you tell them to open a new policy, you will be taken into a separate room with drinks in offer. …

Extremely disappointed with the customer service post surrender of policy. Haven't heard from them in over 3 weeks. Have tried both helpline and follow up email but to no avail. I hope someone will have the decency to respond post this review.
