Site Monitoring and Progress Tracking: Conduct regular site visits to observe construction activities, verify progress against the project schedule, and document milestones. Issue Resolution: Identify and address potential problems, defects, or delays, and coordinate with the relevant teams to find solutions and keep the project on track. Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on project progress, site conditions, and any issues encountered to supervising engineers or project managers. Quality Assurance: Work to ensure that construction activities meet design specifications and quality standards.
