Role & responsibilities Attending and making calls to potential clients/leads. Creating and maintaining leads database accurately. Conversion of leads into site-visits. Setting up appointments for site-visits. Co-ordination of site visits with other executives. Presenting project to clients. Ensure high-level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. Answer questions about the project via calls, messages, whatsapp, emails. Client follow-up & feedback. Sending out promotions/benefits to potential clients. Brand promotion. Networking with channel partners. Preferred candidate profile Experience in Real-Estate Sales with positive attitude and team-playing ability. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets - over the phone, site visits and lead conversions. Results-driven with strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Good English, Hindi/Marathi speaking as well as English writing skills. Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
