Job Title: Female Hostel Warden (School) Location: Electronic City, Bangalore Reporting To: School Principal / Administrator Department: Hostel Administration Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and caring Female Hostel Warden to manage the daily operations of the girls' hostel in our school. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, disciplined, and nurturing environment for students residing in the hostel. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all girl students in the hostel. Maintain discipline and order among students as per school policies. Supervise student routines including wake-up, study time, meals, and lights out. Take daily attendance and maintain student records. Monitor the entry and exit of students, and handle permission for outings. Handle emergencies calmly and ensure timely medical attention when required. Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and upkeep of hostel rooms and common areas. Address student concerns and provide emotional support as needed. Coordinate with kitchen staff for food quality and hygiene. Maintain communication with parents/guardians when required. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Experience in managing school hostels or working with children preferred. Female candidate aged between 30 - 50 years. Should have good communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Must be empathetic, patient, and disciplined. Willingness to stay full-time on campus (residential position).
