1. Dealer & Farmer Visits: Meet farmers, and dealers daily to promote Matrix aqua products. Build strong field relationships to ensure consistent product movement and farmer satisfaction. 2. Product Promotion & Demonstration: Conduct on-field product demonstrations at ponds and farms. Explain product usage, dosage, and benefits to farmers and technicians. Ensure visibility of products at dealer points. 3. Dealer Network Development: Appoint and manage new dealers/distributors in assigned territory. Monitor dealer stock levels and ensure regular product liquidation and reorder flow. Support dealers with marketing materials, schemes, and incentives. 4. Meetings & Training Programs: Conduct farmers meetings, dealer meets, and promotional events regularly. Train farmers and dealers about Matrix products and aquaculture best practices. 5. Sales Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned region. Track market performance, competitor activities, and report field updates to the head office. 6. Reporting & Coordination: Submit daily visit reports, farmer feedback, and market insights. Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and technical teams for smooth operations.
