Role Purpose To act as the clinical and technical interface between Medtronic Channel Partner, physicians (especially electrophysiologists / cardiologists), and hospital staff during the entire lifecycle of CRM / pacemaker therapy—supporting procedure planning, training, adoption, troubleshooting, and sales. Key Responsibilities Clinical & Procedure Support Provide hands-on support during pacemaker implant, CRT (cardiac resynchronization therapy), ICD, and related procedures. Assist clinicians with device programming, diagnostics, and intraoperative troubleshooting. Help optimize lead placement, thresholds, sensing, and device configurations. Technical & Product Expertise Act as product specialist: know device algorithms, modes (VVI, DDD, etc.), battery management, remote monitoring, diagnostics. Evaluate clinical issues or complications and provide technical solutions (reprogramming, adjustments). Sales & Business Support Work closely with territory sales managers to identify hospital/physician opportunities. Support case mapping, pre-procedure planning, and post-procedure follow-ups. Provide clinical rationale to differentiate Medtronic's CRM products vs competitors. Required Qualifications & Skills Education Bachelor’s degree in Science/Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related field. A master's / PG diploma / MBA in healthcare or marketing is a plus. Location Hubbali, Karnataka Mandatory: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
