Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Production Team Leader located in Visakhapatnam. The Executive Production Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing production operations, planning and managing production schedules, and ensuring efficient and effective production processes. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating with other departments, monitoring production activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and cost-efficiency. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Communication skills Production Planning and Production Management experience Operations Management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field Experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is a plus Excellent organizational and time management skills
