We are seeking an empathetic, well-spoken, and culturally aware Matrimonial Counsellor for our Muslim matrimonial platform. The role involves guiding users through the matchmaking process, converting leads, and ensuring a smooth, respectful, and confidential experience

Job Description

Experience: 2-3 Years

Designation: Matrimonial Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with incoming leads, explain services clearly, and convert leads into active users.
• Understand user preferences and recommend suitable matches within the Muslim matrimonial community.
• Assist users with profile creation, communication support, and follow-ups.
• Conduct sensitive conversations with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Address user queries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate logs of leads, interactions, and progress.

Requirements

• Must be an empathetic, well-spoken, and culturally aware about the muslim community
• Good communication skills are mandatory.
• Excellent convincing and lead conversion skills.
• Hindi, English, and Urdu language proficiency is mandatory.
• Experience in counselling, sales/lead conversion, or customer service.
• Understanding of Muslim marriage customs and cultural nuances.
• Patient, empathetic, and professional approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
