Bachelor s or Master s degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Min 15+ years of Industrial experience and 6+ years of experience in systems engineering or architecture roles, with a strong focus on MBSE execution. Hands-on experience with MBSE tools and modeling environments, especially MATLAB System Composer and Simulink. Expert in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices and tools, with strong familiarity in requirements management and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems such as Polarion and Windchill.
