Role & responsibilities Assist in the design, development, and validation of BMS hardware and software. Support cell and pack-level monitoring (voltage, current, temperature, SoC, SoH, etc.). Collaborate on development of BMS algorithms including balancing, protection, thermal management, and diagnostics. Interface with battery modeling, thermal system teams, and vehicle control units.
