Skilled in signal quality verification (SNR, THD, CMRR) and data fidelity validation using precision instruments. Knowledge of EMC/EMI design practices , compliance testing , and certification standards such as IEC 60601-1 and medical-grade safety. Familiarity with product certification processes and working with EMC/Safety labs for regulatory readiness. Communication and Collaboration Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey design ideas and technical concepts. Troubleshoot a modeling problem and document the troubleshooting process. Present modeling results with explaining the boundary conditions, parameters, and outputs of a model. Document on a Power Point presentation. Explain why the model results are valid (e.g the validation process, model accuracy, model assumptions, etc.). Motor Control Unit Software Architect will be responsible for firmware development of next generation power converter for Electric Vehicles. You will be a member of the team developing hardware and software for Motor controller including implementation and testing Responsibilities Model, design, implement, integrate, test and benchmark the motor control algorithms for current and upcoming EVs . Understand, drive design and implement motor controller functionality, behaviours, and core control algorithms for types of electric motors, such as: PMSM, IPM, IM, SRM and Multiphase Motor. Help define requirements for motor control software and interfacing hardware components including voltage and current sensors, power stages, speed sensors. Responsible for calculating, selecting and designing software solutions for Electric Vehicle projects. Develop different layers of firmware as per architecture, in context of an RTOS. Develop UDS based Bootloader for software update and EOL for parameter update. Develop MCU software in accordance to power train functional safety requirements ISO26262. TESTING & DEBUGGING Debugging: Ensure error free software is flashed onto MCU with the help of a bootloader. Testing: Review developers’ test cases to perform component level tests.
