Key Responsibilities: ● Relationship Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with visitors, leads, and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. ● Client Consultation: Understand the unique preferences and needs of clients and provide tailor-made furniture solutions that reflect luxury and sophistication. ● Strategic Planning & Follow-up: Proactively plan and secure meetings with high-net-worth clients and key B2B prospects. Regular follow-up to nurture leads and close high-value sales. ● Market Expertise: Stay updated with the latest trends in luxury furniture to provide expert advice and recommend the best solutions for clients. ● Sales Target Achievement: Achieve sales goals and contribute to the growth of the company by selling premium furniture pieces. ● Work Schedule: Work six days a week, with weekends being regular working days. Qualifications & Skills: ● Prior experience in selling luxury furniture is a must. ● Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with an ability to influence high-net-worth clients. ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ● Self-motivated, patient, and persistent with a strong track record of closing high-value sales. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on high-quality customer service. ● Knowledge of design trends and the luxury furniture market is a plus. Order Management Accept and manage all incoming orders on Swiggy, Zomato, and WhatsApp promptly. Ensure correct packaging and timely dispatch of orders. Maintain coordination with delivery partners for smooth pickups. Food Preparation Prepare fruit custard bowls, juices, and other menu items as per standard recipes. Follow hygiene and cleanliness standards in food handling. Ensure quality and consistency in every order. Inventory Management Monitor daily stock levels of fruits, milk, containers, and packaging materials. Update stock-in and stock-out records manually or in the tracking app/sheet. Inform the manager promptly in case of low stock or expired items. Kitchen Operations Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment at all times. Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for preparation, packing, and safety.
