As a Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads, qualify prospects, and close sales deals. You will play a crucial role in achieving the company's sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads list. Sales Generation: Promote and sell the company's products/services to potential customers. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements, and provide relevant product/service information. Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify sales leads to ensure they meet the company's criteria for a potential sale. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, and close sales deals. Database Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of all calls, leads, and sales activities in the company's CRM system. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to improve the sales process and customer experience. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest product/service information to effectively address customer queries and objections.
