Matillion Developer / Admin

You will be working with Sonata Software Limited, a prominent Modernization engineering company headquartered in Bangalore, with a global presence. Specializing in cloud and data modernization, Microsoft Dynamics Modernization, Digital contact center setup, and management, managed cloud services, and digital transformation services, Sonata focuses on innovation and customer-centricity to facilitate businesses in accelerating their modernization and digital transformation journeys. As a full-time Matillion Developer/Admin based in Hyderabad, you will undertake various responsibilities. These include managing day-to-day tasks such as installation, patching, and software development using Matillion and other tools. You will be involved in implementing data pipelines, troubleshooting, and performance tuning activities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure the successful execution of projects. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience with the Matillion ETL tool, demonstrating expertise in developing ETL processes and SQL. A strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and data integration techniques is crucial. Proficiency in maintaining data pipelines, troubleshooting data workflows, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) is required. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, Back-End Web Development, and Programming skills are advantageous. Moreover, you should exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory. Possession of relevant certifications in Matillion or data integration technologies is considered a plus.
