Role & responsibilities Design and deliver well-structured, concept-driven lesson plans in alignment with the CBSE curriculum for Classes XI & XII. Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, logical thinking, and problem-solving. Explain complex mathematical concepts using real-life applications , digital tools, and interactive teaching methods. Prepare students thoroughly for CBSE board exams , including regular practice, mock tests, and doubt-clearing sessions. Evaluate student progress through assignments, assessments, and projects , offering timely and constructive feedback. Encourage mathematical reasoning and analytical skills through class discussions, puzzles, and academic challenges. Utilize smart classroom technology and educational software to enhance teaching effectiveness. Inspire a love for Mathematics by being approachable, patient, and passionate in your teaching approach. Preferred candidate profile M.Sc. in Mathematics from a recognized university and B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory as per CBSE norms. Minimum 5 7 years of teaching experience at the Senior Secondary level (Classes XI–XII) . In-depth knowledge of CBSE curriculum , exam patterns, and question paper design. Strong command over English communication (both verbal and written). Experience with digital teaching tools, smartboards, and online platforms (Google Classroom, Zoom, etc.). CTET-II
