*Role Overview:*
The Maths Planner will design lesson plans, question papers, assessments, and question banks aligned with curriculum standards. The role requires strong subject knowledge, accuracy, and creativity in developing error-free, engaging, and well-structured academic content.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Develop grade-wise lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids.
Design formative & summative assessments with blueprints, marking schemes, and answer keys.
Prepare question papers covering a balance of knowledge, application, and higher-order skills.
Build and maintain a structured question bank (chapter-wise, difficulty-wise, skill-wise).
Ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with curriculum objectives.
*Skills & Competencies:*
Strong subject expertise in Mathematics.
Experience in assessment design, question framing, and curriculum planning.
Excellent logical reasoning, analytical and writing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Mathematics/Education.
2–5 years’ experience in curriculum planning, teaching, or assessment design.
