Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Mathematics Educator with strong subject expertise and a passion for mentoring high-potential students. The educator will be responsible for delivering advanced Olympiad-level instruction and contributing to both live online teaching and academic content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor students preparing for IOQM, RMO, ISI, CMI, and Olympiads
• Conduct live online classes with a focus on problem-solving and conceptual depth
• Contribute to YouTube-based academic content and recorded lessons
• Design structured lesson plans and challenging problem sets
• Work closely with the academic team to maintain high teaching standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong academic background in Mathematics (ISI / CMI / IIT preferred)
• Comfortable with online teaching platforms and camera-based instruction
• Language proficiency: Hindi + English or Tamil/Telugu + English
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
• Passion for mathematics and student-centric teaching
