Maths and Science Teacher for Kasegaon, Sangli

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science/Mathematics Teacher to join the foundation program aimed at strengthening core concepts for students up to 10th grade. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, a student-centered approach, and prior teaching experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
• Develop conceptual understanding and problem-solving abilities in students.
• Prepare practice materials, tests, and assignments.
• Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback.
• Collaborate with other subject teachers for integrated learning.
• Participate in parent-teacher interactions and student assessments.
• Maintain discipline, motivation, and curiosity in the classroom.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science/Mathematics or a related field.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.

Location: Kasegaon, Sangli, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹6 – ₹10 LPA (Based on experience and qualification)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
