The primary purpose of this role is to develop small single customer/cluster hydrogen and Green/Blue Hydrogen opportunities across South-East Asia. You will be responsible for supporting HyCO process solutions development and customer process solutions support, as well as assisting in setting up small and large HyCO projects in South-East Asia. Your responsibilities will include identifying and prioritizing HyCO and cluster opportunities in South-East Asia, preparing cost-effective Over-the-fence supply proposals for customers in collaboration with Global HyCO technical experts and EPC partners, preparing MIS reports for Global HyCO Management, and supporting the establishment of agreements and supply contracts. Additionally, you will provide local inputs for documentation and execution of tasks such as permit applications and approvals during proposal and project execution, ensure coordination of work processes for development and successful commercialization of investments, set up alliances for green renewable power generation for Green Hydrogen projects and for CO2 sequestration for Blue Hydrogen projects in South-East Asia, and track project and investment commercialization. The critical behaviors required for this role include market and customer engagement, partnership building, transparent information sharing, ability to work independently and collaboratively with international efforts, drive to convert opportunities into wins rapidly, priority on compliance, and ensuring adequate care in planning and executing all required Due Diligence for business case and project developments. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 10-15 years of prior industry-related business development experience, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Functional skills required for this role include OTF (Over-the-fence) business development experience, market intelligence and mining, familiarity with HyCO and syngas technologies, project development and management, effective communications with technical and business personnel in Asia and HQ, ability to understand case risks and opportunities, contract issues, and interface effectively across local customers and partners and HQ staff, creative technical and business expertise, small HyCO projects EPC identification and selection capacity, small-moderate size HYCO case structuring and modeling, and high-quality written communication skills necessary for business case documents, proposals, and informal communications with customers and management.,
