Job Summary
To teach and educate students according to the curriculum of the school and syllabus laid down by CBSE. Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to all students in the class. Teaching according to the educational needs, abilities, and achievement of the individual students and groups of students. Teach as per instructions are given in the Lesson Plan and make use of various teaching aids, resources, activities, assignments listed in the Lesson Plan.Responsibilities and Duties
1) Inculcate discipline in and out of the classroom2) Gear the teaching to the needs of all students with a concern for their interests, special talents, individual styles and pace of learning.3) Perform daily duties: filling up of all records, check and sign Student diary .Correct Class work, Home Work sheets and Assessment Papers on time and as per the correction guidelines. Give quality and structured feedback to the student.4) Special Events, Organizing and implementing the special events of the school.5)The Teacher needs to maintain the following records:Log books/Academic calendars, including Secondary Home Work Log books.Guardian Files Student Portfolios, Attendance Registers (on ERP)Report Cards (on ERP), Internal Mark Record sheet (template from ERP)School DiaryAssist the Coordinator in maintaining and updating records with regard to events such as PTMs, Culminating Activities, VIVA, Special days and Field trips.Assist the Coordinator in updating the list of Extracurricular activities, recording and updating details of Inter-House competitions and House points.Key Skills
Communication skills, positive attitude, ability to be a team playerRequired Experience and Qualifications
MSc., B.Ed with minimum one year experience.
