Job Description:

goADEM EdTech Pvt Ltd is looking for a passionate and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Mathematics to join our academic team in Chennai. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a zeal for teaching NEET/JEE-level content with conceptual clarity.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Mathematics for higher secondary students (Grades 11 & 12).
Prepare academic content, including practice questions, mock tests, and concept explanations aligned with the NEET/JEE curriculum.
Clarify student doubts in a simple, conceptual manner.
Assist in academic planning and curriculum development for entrance exam preparation.
Use digital tools to deliver content when needed (recorded or live sessions).
Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to improve performance.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Mathematics or related field.
B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory.
Prior experience in NEET/JEE coaching or higher secondary teaching is an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
Willingness to work from the Chennai office.
