Resource Management: Oversee the selection and utilization of appropriate study materials, textbooks, and online resources for competitive exam preparation. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the overall academic strategy of the Montessori Group of Schools, particularly concerning STEM education and competitive exam readiness. Parent & Student Engagement: Work closely with parents and students to provide guidance and support for their IIT & NEET aspirations. Who We Are Looking For: A seasoned education professional with a proven track record of success in designing and implementing IIT-JEE and NEET preparation programs. Extensive experience in academic leadership roles, preferably within a multi-branch educational institution. Deep understanding of the IIT-JEE and NEET examination patterns, syllabus, and competitive landscape. Strong pedagogical skills with an ability to train and motivate teaching staff. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to travel frequently to all school branches across Telangana. A postgraduate degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline is highly preferred.
