You will be responsible for performing a full lifecycle product development, which includes designing, developing, testing prototypes, manufacturing, and implementing the products. Your role will involve designing systems and components that meet specific needs and requirements, producing outline designs, and conducting experiments methodically to analyze data and interpret results. You will also be required to test and evaluate theoretical designs, identify effective solutions to emerging problems, evaluate the performance, reliability, and safety of final products, and make alterations to designs as necessary to eliminate malfunctions. Additionally, you will estimate the budget and scope of projects, solicit feedback from operators, prepare product reports and documentation, and engage in lifelong learning to develop new theories or methods. To be successful in this role, you should have proven working experience in mechanical engineering and be familiar with product lifecycle management (PLM), finite element analysis (FEA), and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAM) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAE) is essential, as well as proficiency in 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools such as AutoCAD, ProE, or similar software. Adequate knowledge of engineering analysis tools like ANSYS, ProMechanica, or similar software is required, along with proficiency in mathematical computing and analysis tools such as Matlab, Excel, and LabView. A solid understanding of core engineering concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, and materials science is important, as well as creativity and analytical skills. You should also possess the ability to communicate technical knowledge clearly and concisely, have strong technical writing skills, and hold a BSc degree in Engineering. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the designated work location.,
