As a Math Tutor teacher, your role will involve teaching international students, preparing lesson plans, presenting learning material, and tracking students" performance to ensure their progress. You should be committed to facilitating learning in a safe and supportive environment, demonstrating a reflexive approach to teaching for effective results. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and deliver lessons to enhance students" reading, writing, and conversing skills. - Develop educational content like notes and quizzes for comprehensive learning. - Assign activities to help students consolidate their understanding of the material. - Adapt your teaching style to meet the individual needs of each student. - Manage interpersonal dynamics to create a conducive learning atmosphere. - Track and report on students" progress regularly. - Stay updated with the learning software utilized. - Maintain the good working condition of your equipment. Qualification Required: - Required: MTech, BTech, B.Ed or equivalent. - Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. If you are successful in joining our team, you will be based in Mohali and expected to work from the office during day shift hours from 07:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
