Role Overview: You will be joining Codingal, a leader in K-12 education, with a focus on transforming how students learn math. As an Online Math Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and effective learning experiences to K-12 students using Codingal's innovative curriculum and interactive tools. This position offers you the opportunity to inspire young minds and contribute to improving student performance in mathematics. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging math lessons online to K-12 students, following Codingal's curriculum. - Conduct trial classes to help students experience and understand the value of Codingal's programs. - Regularly assess student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and students. - Promote free math demo classes and encourage students to continue learning through Codingal. - Collaborate with the team to improve and adapt lessons for optimal learning outcomes. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Mathematics or a related field. OR - At least 1 year of experience teaching in an ed-tech company. Work Schedule: - Minimum 135 hours in a month. - Shift timings between 8PM to 2AM. - Saturday and Sunday mandatory working.
