Basic Candidate Requirement: PhD in Chemical engineering / Chemistry / Electrochemistry / Material Science or other related science disciplines is required. 4 years of research and development experience in the electrochemistry, catalyst synthesis, carbon neutrality At least 3 years experience in Electrochemistry R&D, catalyst synthesis lab work/electrochemical analysis specialty chemicals along with project responsibilities. Work with global team to share results, seek feedback, plan on the next set of actions related to electrochemistry projects. Provide support for all HOS activities across the electrochemistry area. Develop sustainable routes for new product development, meeting the economic sense and electrochemical feasibility. Coordinate with global team, develop innovative strategies for electrochemical routes to new product development, and analyze the performance obtained using pilot plant set up. Implement a consistent set of quality control procedures and standards, as well as a systematic Six Sigma based approach for electrochemical measurement techniques that aligns with the product business unit strategic goals and objectives.

Role & responsibilities Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues. Supervise and guide laborers, subcontractors, and junior engineers on daily tasks. Prepare and review site reports, progress updates, and material requisitions. Ensure proper implementation of structural, concrete, and foundation works as per drawings. Monitor resource allocation, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimize efficiency. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards. Troubleshoot on-site challenges and provide practical solutions promptly. Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, changes, and incidents. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field from a recognized institution. 2-7 years of hands-on experience in civil construction site management.
