Role & responsibilities Two years experience (with at least 01 year experience in consultancy assignments) in alignment design, rail systems, Civil engineering projects, Project Costing, Preparing BoQs, Material specifications, conducting & supervising engineering surveys (including topography and utility surveys) and well versed in professional consulting requirements and suitable IT-database handling & analysis skills using computer software. Strong knowledge of railway alignment design principles, standards, and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation). Ability to plan, organize, and manage projects effectively, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Ability to identify and resolve design and project-related issues. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Ability to motivate and guide team members. Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the work. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines. Understanding of safety regulations and best practices related to railway construction.
