Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Position: Manager Material Planning & Project Support

Industry: Manufacturing, Railway Projects

Experience: 8 - 10 years

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: B. Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering

Review project contracts and related documentation to determine material requirements.
Prepare detailed material plans and raise indents for procurement and production in line with project schedules.
Monitor the status of indents and track material flow from receipt to consumption, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
Coordinate closely with Sub-contractors on the supply of planned material vs actuals
Compile and present periodic reports on material planning, indent status, and consumption trends for senior management and project managers.

Skills & Competencies

Understanding of material planning processes in a manufacturing environment.
Hands on experience on SAP and MS Office tools including MS Project & Power BI
Communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
