You will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate inventories of all materials and supplies within the organization. Your primary tasks will include monitoring stock levels regularly to ensure adequate availability, liaising with suppliers for timely deliveries, and negotiating favorable terms. Additionally, you will be required to utilize inventory management software to track and manage material movements and utilization effectively. Collaborating closely with production, procurement, and sales teams to forecast material needs will be a crucial aspect of your role.
