Position: Procurement Manager Age: 28-35 Experience: 2-5 years Working Days : Mon-Sat (9:00 pm-6:00 pm) Education:- Any Graduate/Post Graduate (Experience in procurement) English: Excellent Speaking/Writing Skills Liaises with key company employees to determine their product and service needs Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company Identifies and researches potential new suppliers Researches new products and services to meet company's goals Assesses total costs of company purchases Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels Reports to management Build long-term relationships with vendors in the industry Compare proposals for price and specifications Negotiate with vendors to reduce costs Review contract specifications on behalf of the company Communicate with vendors to ensure that the product arrives in a timely fashion Build and maintain long-term relationships with critical suppliers Manage technological systems that track the shipment, inventory and supply of materials Lead transformational activities to build procurement organizational capabilities and improve procurement efficiency Prepare daily, weekly and monthly procurement reports Experience 2 - 6 Years Industry Supply Chain Purchase Procurement Qualification Other Bachelor Degree Key Skills Procurement Head Procurement Officer Procurement Manager
