About The Job You will be part of a planning and development of the Materials testing lab facility and responsible for test method design and implementation, conducting design of experiments, interpretation of data, drawing conclusions, and preparing final test reports related to polymer testing in the Material Laboratory using a variety of state-of-the-art laboratory equipment. This position will have an high-functioning team to support customers in various market segments. Educational qualification: Master's or Bachelor degree in Engineering in Polymer/Chemical/Rubber Technology, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent Experience: 5 years of laboratory experience and proficiency in testing Elastomeric materials, Calibration & maintenance, and familiarity with ASTM, DIN & ISO standards. Proficiency with 5S practices Proficiency within ISO, safety, and chemical systems Must Have Skills: Technical knowledge of polymeric materials & chemicals, analytical skills, troubleshooting, Problem-solving, Communication skills, attention to detail & 5S.
