Additionally, you will coordinate all Quality Engineering functions for a program, serving as a project manager to lead efforts at FATP. Your role will involve establishing audit procedures suitable for the program and supplier to ensure alignment with Apple's quality standards. You will evaluate and communicate yields of new and existing processes, driving corrective actions in collaboration with internal and external team members. Minimum Qualifications: - Experience in manufacturing and Quality Control of highly sophisticated electronic assemblies - Experience in developing process quality plans, supplier quality audits, and driving corrective actions and failure analysis efforts - Working knowledge of mechanical quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general manufacturing operations - Leading failure analysis with a first principles approach and large amounts of data - Proficiency in GD&T practices with a focus on datum establishment and tolerance analysis - Project management experience with a solid understanding of problem-solving tools such as design of experiments, root cause analysis, and statistical analytical tools using JMP or Minitab - Familiarity with critical assembly/joining processes like glueing, HAF, PSA, welding, and critical quality metrics - Strong communication skills and a passion for learning and adapting to a highly cross-functional collaborative environment Preferred Qualifications: - Strong project management and organizational skills - Exceptional communication skills driven by strong teamwork, project management, and a results-driven approach - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Technology, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, or similar. As a Polymer Specialist at TVS Motor Company, you will be responsible for being a polymer material expert and playing a crucial role in the selection of the right materials and processes for components of 2W & 3W vehicles, both ICE & Electric. Job Description: The main purpose of this job is to provide specialized knowledge for: Defect management Coordination: Coordinate / Collect / review & analyze SHM/SPM , defects , pilot report and provide their technical resolution . Create work order / recommendation dossiers for technical resolution.
