As a Male candidate with a BE/DME qualification and a minimum of 10 years of work experience in Material Coating Unit, working as an Incharge, your main responsibility will be the production planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrating good knowledge in Platting, Coating of Materials, and Production processes related to fasteners such as Bolts, Nuts, Screws, and allied products. - Leading a team and overseeing activities such as sourcing materials, maintaining store & stocks, and managing machinery & maintenance. - Proficiency in system entries, machine handling, transportation, and quality control processes.
