We are currently seeking a Sr. Associate for the SemiC profile who meets the following eligibility criteria: - Possesses a BE/ME/BTech/MTech degree in Electrical or Electronics or a related technical field, with a preference for a Masters degree. - Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor product development, which includes expertise in semiconductor fabrication processes, chip packaging, advanced packaging, Antenna in package, circuits, die floorplan, circuit layouts, or semiconductor IP services. - Experience with technologies such as processors, microcontrollers, RF devices, mobile devices, memory devices, image sensors, automotive, power devices, etc. - Demonstrates self-motivation and a willingness to learn new technologies. - Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in claim charts (infringement analysis, product EoUs), patent portfolio analysis, annuity analysis, patentability searches, and good knowledge of reverse engineering analysis techniques like product teardowns, spectroscopy analysis, material characterizations, circuit extraction, circuit layouts, and functional testing. Required Skills: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with knowledge in battery cell design and material characterizations. - Taking ownership of Battery Pack components, overseeing engineering development from concept to production. - Integrating mechanical designs with high voltage electrical systems within a multidisciplinary environment. - Proficiency in DFM, DFMEA, PFMEA, and DFA methodologies. - Ability to interpret engineering/manufacturing drawings and good knowledge of GD & T. - Familiarity with various materials used for Battery Packaging & Electric Vehicles. - Results-oriented with proven creative and critical thinking abilities. - Maintaining flexibility and composure in ambiguous and rapidly evolving situations. - Awareness of engineering standards and automotive regulations. - Comfortable with initiating and leading projects.,
