We are looking for a Workplace Designer with 8 to 10 years of experience in managing corporate interior projects. As a Workplace Designer, you will be responsible for designing commercial and corporate office interiors ranging from 25,000 sq.ft to 1,00,000 sq.ft and above. This position requires expertise in design, planning, material selection, site execution, client interaction, presentation skills, and project monitoring. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) or Masters of Architecture (M. Arch), B. Des, or M. Des qualification. You should possess knowledge of material selection, creating mood boards, developing concepts for 3D views, preparing schematic designs, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for all works. Additionally, you should be able to coordinate with MEP consultants and have a basic understanding of all service aspects. Experience in site evaluation, base building analysis, basic design principles, awareness of NBC codes, supervision during DD & CD stages, and regular onsite presence during site execution is essential for this role.
