As a 3D Visualizer at Aldecor, you will play a key role in creating realistic 3D visualizations and renderings for interior design projects. Your expertise in Enscape and D5 Render will be essential in producing high-quality visual content that exceeds client expectations. In this position, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models of interior spaces, furniture, and fixtures using software such as SketchUp, Rhino, or 3ds Max. Your ability to develop accurate and scalable models that reflect the design intent, ensuring correct scaling and detailing for realistic rendering, will be crucial. Collaboration is a key aspect of this role, as you will work closely with interior designers and architects to understand project requirements and translate design concepts into stunning visual representations. Attending design meetings to gather necessary information and feedback will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be involved in developing visual presentations and animations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Your role will include applying realistic materials, textures, and lighting to enhance the visual quality of renderings, as well as customizing and creating new materials and textures as needed. Maintaining documentation of all 3D models, render settings, and project-specific details, while ensuring organized project files and documenting processes and workflows for reference and training purposes, will be part of your daily tasks. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in 3D visualization, preferably within the interior design industry. Advanced knowledge of Enscape and D5 Render is essential, as well as proficiency in SketchUp and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for post-processing.
