As a Level Designer/Senior Level Designer at Globalstep, your role will involve designing fun and challenging Match-3 experiences that engage players and support LiveOps. You will collaborate with senior designers and playtesters to create polished content backed by data. Key Responsibilities: - Design and balance engaging Match-3 levels and progression systems. - Iterate designs based on playtest feedback and performance data. - Document designs and adhere to best practices for consistency. - Collaborate with validation teams to ensure all levels are 100% playable. Qualifications Required: - Relevant years of experience in level design. - Strong problem-solving skills and a portfolio demonstrating playable levels. - Exposure to Unity engine. - Familiarity with level editors, spreadsheets, and LiveOps workflows. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
