MAT Faculty

As a MAT Faculty (Mental Aptitude) in Bangalore on a Renewal Contract for 11 Months, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Take offline interactive lectures for Foundation Level MAT (Mental Ability Test). - Create content required for lectures, study material, and test series. - Manage students and doubts during classes, from pan India. - Create study materials, homework, and worksheets of the highest quality. - Conduct doubt classes and take ownership of student's progress and improvement. - Follow the curriculum and complete the syllabus for multiple batches on time. - Participate and contribute to the activities and programs decided by management/HO. In addition to the Key Responsibilities mentioned above, the role may also involve tasks related to Logical Reasoning, Aptitude test, Quantitative Aptitude, and Data Interpretation.
