MAT Faculty

As a MAT Faculty (Mental Aptitude) in Bangalore on a Renewal Contract for 11 Months, your role will involve conducting offline interactive lectures for Foundation Level MAT (Mental Ability Test). You will be responsible for creating content essential for lectures, study material, and test series. Additionally, you will manage students" queries and uncertainties during classes, catering to individuals from across India. Moreover, your duties will include developing study materials, homework assignments, and worksheets of superior quality. You will conduct doubt resolution sessions, taking complete ownership of students" progress and enhancement. Ensuring adherence to the curriculum, you will be expected to timely complete the syllabus for multiple batches. Furthermore, your involvement in various activities and initiatives as directed by the management or Head Office will be crucial. Your expertise in Logical Reasoning, Aptitude tests, Quantitative Aptitude, and Data Interpretation will be key in delivering high-quality educational content.
