We are seeking a highly creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio across residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors, with a proven ability to manage client relationships, coordinate teams, and deliver innovative design solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the interior design process from concept development through to execution, including presentations, space planning, material selection, FF&E specifications, and documentation. Translate client needs and project requirements into functional and aesthetically compelling designs. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, and design integrity. Collaborate with architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout all project phases. Lead client presentations and maintain ongoing client communication to ensure satisfaction. Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, specifications, and schedules for all phases of design. Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and construction samples. Mentor and guide junior designers and design assistants. Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry best practices. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 6+ years of professional experience in interior design (residential, commercial, or hospitality). Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools (e.g., Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion). Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture design, and lighting. Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision. Knowledge of local building codes, ADA requirements, and permitting processes (as applicable).
