Inspect finished parts using precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.). Make adjustments to offsets and feeds/speeds to ensure part accuracy and quality. Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines. Optimize machining time and reduce tool wear. Maintain documentation and production reports. Work closely with QC and Production teams to meet delivery and quality targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: ITI/Diploma/ Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming and operation (Turning & Milling). Strong knowledge of G-code/M-code and CNC programming software. Ability to work independently and handle multiple machines if required. Good understanding of materials (Aluminum, SS, MS) and machining parameters. Knowledge of GD&T and CNC tooling systems. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with 3-axis and 4-axis milling machines. Exposure to CAM software like Mastercam, Fusion 360, or Siemens NX is a plus. Experience working in a component manufacturing or export-based company.
