Qualifications: Required: ·Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field. ·2+ years of experience with CAM software and CNC programming. ·Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T. ·Strong understanding of machining processes (turning, milling, multi-axis, etc.). ·Hands-on experience with CNC machines and tooling. Preferred: ·Experience with post-processor development and customization. ·Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.). ·Strong presentation and customer communication skills. ·Ability to travel to customer sites as needed. Soft Skills: ·Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills. ·Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users. ·Strong organizational and time management abilities. ·Self-motivated with a team-oriented attitude.
