As a leading brand in the Frozen Food industry in India with a strong global presence, HyFun Foods is currently looking to expand its IT team and is in search of a dedicated individual to join as an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - SAP B1 Support/Technical. This role is based in Thaltej, Ahmedabad, and involves on-site office-based responsibilities. With a required experience range of 5 to 10 years, the ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. It is essential to have previous working exposure in the FMCG, Manufacturing Sector, or specifically in the Frozen foods industry. Key areas of expertise expected from the candidate include System Integration, SIT, Data Visualization, Master creations, Customization, Technical Design, and Power BI Service. Additionally, familiarity with SAP Business One, SAP S/4 Hana, API Design, Crystal report, BI Objects, SAP Coding & Iteration, and Power BI is highly desired. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and testing complex programs and scripts to enhance existing SAP systems, as well as resolving any issues that may arise post-implementation. Collaborating with various stakeholders, IT architects, developers, and infrastructure teams is crucial to ensure the smooth delivery of applications. Furthermore, you will lead a team of SAP specialists, providing mentorship for system implementation, maintenance, and support. Your duties will involve upgrading SAP Business One with new features, optimizing the SAP Business One and S/4 Hana processes based on business requirements, and coordinating with HODs to update SAP IT protocols. Vendor management, SLA management, IT procurement, and negotiations are also part of the responsibilities. You will be expected to manage internal clients, understand their technical needs, and evaluate new technologies and solutions for operational standards within the SAP landscape.
