About the Role We are seeking an experienced Jewellery Product Developer with a strong background in jewellery development to lead the creation of high-volume, trend-driven collections. The ideal candidate will combine design sensibility with technical and commercial expertise, managing the full product lifecycle from concept to production, while ensuring speed, quality, and cost efficiency. Should be proficient with Matrix, Corel, Illustrator. Key Responsibilities: Product Development Leadership Own the full development cycle for jewellery collections from trend research and design briefs to final production. Translate seasonal trends and market insights into commercially viable product lines. Guide and review CAD, prototypes, and technical drawings, ensuring feasibility for mass production. Adapt high-fashion or luxury inspirations into cost-effective, mass-market products. Translate sketches, mood boards, or CAD into physical prototypes. Product Lifecycle Management Oversee sampling, prototyping, and revisions to achieve desired aesthetics, quality, and cost targets. Liaise with CAD designers, artisans, and manufacturers to ensure feasibility and scalability. Maintain product development calendar to meet launch timelines.
