Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing system solutions to Anaplan issues and enhancements. Your role will involve participating in prioritizing system issues for the development team, engaging in regular calls with the team to monitor progress, and managing the team for Anaplan service line ticket and resolution. Additionally, you will support existing Anaplan models, perform functional and technical testing of system projects, bug fixes, and enhancements, and coordinate with customer Business and IT users. Key Responsibilities: - Experienced in Anaplan modeling, integration, and data hub - Building models, reviewing existing planning models, and performing enhancements - Supporting the aggregation/distribution of data, implemented user stories, and defect prioritization - Ability to coordinate with customer Business and IT users - Managing workload for the team, assigning work to others, and overseeing overall risk and quality - Outstanding problem-solving skills within functional and technical areas - Determining architectural implications and identifying optimal solutions for complex problems - Strong oral and written communication levels Qualifications: - 6 to 8 years of experience in Anaplan implementation - Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Support for large Anaplan models, troubleshooting, prioritizing support tickets, and resolution - Hands-on experience in Anaplan modeling, integration, and data hub - Certified Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner - Hands-on experience in Anaplan Data Integration Cloud works, files, API,
