Work as a regional point of contact for local business unit leaders and business partners for Vendor Master (VM) processing and queries Complete requests for sensitive vendor master data in a timely, accurate manner by performing integrity checks to ensure a high quality of master data Ensure all requests contain the appropriate supporting documentation and comply with company requirements and policies Analyze and improve data quality, which includes running reports to enhance and cleanse vendor master data Conduct root cause analysis of data quality issues and assist in recommending new processes to prevent future data quality issues, including taking necessary corrective action Provide functional support and training to various end-users as it relates to VM processing, including SOP s Professionally communicate with suppliers both written and verbal Analyze, recommend and improve processes, increase efficiencies and strengthen internal controls Provide local and regional support to end-users on Vendor Master policies Assist with ad-hoc reporting for leadership, effectively communicating with our business partners and participating in special or cross-functional projects Meet individual and department goals; Support Corporate Goals/Initiatives Participate user acceptance testing for system upgrades and changes Assist with providing requested information for internal and external auditors Individual may perform other duties, special projects as assigned, including work in other functional areas to cover absences or relief, to equalize peak work period s, or otherwise to balance the workload

You will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction, business division support, trade and revenue compliance and contributing to Trimble s overall success. Job Responsibilities: Customer Data Management: Help manage the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of customer master records in our database. This includes capturing and updating relevant information such as contact details, billing and shipping addresses, and other pertinent data to ensure information is up-to-date. Basic Data Validation: Identify and rectify discrepancies, inconsistencies or duplications in the system. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service to gather and validate customer information. Communicate and interact both professionally and effectively to resolve data-related issues and provide support when required. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as localization requirements when applicable, related to customer data and data privacy. Escalation: Escalate unresolved or complex cases to team leadership for assistance. Essential Functions Tasks: Create, change, or delete Customer/Supplier records following approval workflows and document verification. Manage partner functions and ensure compliance with SOPs and Westlake Safety & Integrity policies. System Skills: Proficiently use systems like ECC, S4 HANA, and Fiori. Data Quality: Maintain high-quality master data according to KPIs. Regularly check and verify system parameters against process updates. Perform mass changes to master data under supervision. Key Relationships / Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Service, Master Data, IT, Procurement Operations, Procurement, and Finance. Support: Communicate with internal customers based on business needs. Validate active accounts according to business rules. Block inactive accounts in SAP during Annual block/deletion program. Business Support: Proactively address system errors or process gaps by escalating to relevant key users for resolution. Qualification: Any degree with minimum 2 years experience in a functional area. Fluent language skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook. SAP functional knowledge required i.e. Master Data. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
