As Inormatics Sales Account Manager , this role will focus on sales supporting and marketing activities implementation. You will be required to team work with cross-functional departments such as Marketing, Service, Sales, ect. to boost Waters business in local territories. Your knowledge in technology and working experience in analytical chemistry lab are strongly expected to make Waters Customer Success. This position would cover the Northwest Region (Gujarat, MP, Rajsthan) region. Responsibilities ddressing new and existing customers in diverse markets (All Market: Informatics solutions) Maintaining and developing existing customer and identifying and developing new accounts; Regularly visiting customers within the assigned territory; Organising, delivering and following up seminars and workshops at customer sites; Providing customers with high quality technical advice whilst maintaining a focus on maximising the sales potential; Collaborating, liaising and providing guidance and support across departments to ensure customer success. You will be working closely with all other groups at Waters (e.g. Instrument Sales, Chemistry Operation and Service dept etc.); Formulating and successfully implementing business plans; Planning and prioritising personal time and sales activities; Adhering to Waters and customers relevant Health, Safety and Environment requirements when on site and as an individual employee; Using related systems, e.g., Sales Force, Quotation system, with a keen mind on improvements and upgrades. Qualifications Education: University Degree, Masters, in scientific area such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistry, Engineering Experience: 4-10 years of experience in IT solution or similar sales or service. Knowledge of Chromatography, Pharmaceutical Lab Compliance and its application Nice to have technical and practical solution Selling Experience, particularly in selling High end Technology products will be an added advantage UPLC, Mass Spec, field sales and/or marketing experience is a plus Skills: Highly passionate individual with charisma, perseverance and determination, plus the ability to work effectively in competitive sales situations. Customer focussed with good level of listening skills. Ability to understand and communicate technical & commercial values. Good interpersonal skills with a positive sense of humour and is able to contributing as part of an integrated sales/service organisation; Good priority setting and organisational skills. Proficient English and regional Language Skills. As an in-vitro Bioanalytical Scientist at Syngene, your core purpose will be to provide expert DMPK support to multidisciplinary integrated Drug Discovery projects. Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing the DMPK strategy to expedite project progression, participating in capability building projects as per business requirements, and providing input into the design of experimental protocols and Bioanalytical procedures for the analysis of drug candidates in biological samples. Additionally, you will be expected to deliver scientific presentations in departmental journal clubs and write official project reports. Your role accountabilities will involve planning and supervising routine Bioanalytical workflow to ensure deliverables and productivity, verifying analytical study data for accuracy and integrity, mentoring and supervising fellow scientists for method development and troubleshooting, and playing a key role in evaluating and interpreting bioanalytical results. Troubleshooting LC-MS/MS based bioanalytical methods, having a basic understanding of interpreting Mass/UV Spectra, and ensuring preventative maintenance and calibration schedules of HPLC & mass spec will also be part of your responsibilities. In terms of leadership capabilities, you are expected to demonstrate skills in people management, strong communication, team building, problem-solving attitude, and interpersonal skills.
