Job Description: As an International Voice Process Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service through both voice and blended processes. You will be interacting with international customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and individuals with prior international voice experience to join our organization and grow their career. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing solutions to customer queries. Communicate effectively with customers in English (both spoken and written). Provide product/service information and resolve any issues or concerns. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards. Follow the standard operating procedures for quality and performance metrics. Work as part of a team to achieve individual and team targets. Assist in cross-functional tasks as required (blended process) voice and non-voice. Skills & Qualifications: Education: Graduation (Freshers) or undergraduates with 1 year of experience in international voice process. Communication: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are a must. Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Undergraduates with 1 year of experience in an international voice process will be preferred. Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer support tools are an added advantage. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, empathy, and patience.
