Oversee, draft, distribute and follow-up press releases and briefings to the media. Assess and identify potential promotional PR opportunities for the Company (Club). Act as spokesperson for the Club and assist in Company (Club) Press relations, including assistance in the management of media obligations for players, staff and other key stakeholders Assist with drafting Company (Club) statements and communications with approval from the management and being on call during required times to deal with fast-developing situations in the media spotlight Ensure the Company (Club) is promoted to the public and news and opportunities pertaining to the Club are being distributed to relevant stakeholders through appropriate channels. Manage pre-match and post-match media activities, including organizing press conferences, facilitating player and coach interactions and ensuring smooth execution of media protocols. Coordinate and schedule interviews with players, coaches, and management, while providing them with relevant talking points to ensure consistent and effective messaging. Prepare and manage the media box on matchdays and travel with the team to ensure smooth execution of PR duties and media logistics. Liaise with leagues and federations to address PR related requests, ensure compliance with official protocols, and maintain strong institutional relationships Evaluate and track media coverage of the Club to ensure its alignment with the Companys vision, mission and objectives Support marketing and commercial initiatives by crafting PR driven storytelling and media content that aligns with brand campaigns and objectives.
