Mass Communication Intern

Role Details:
Job Functions: Talent Relation and Acquisition

Preferred Candidates : Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication

Training and Probation : First 6 months at our offices in Bangalore and Noida (location decided by company)
Stipend during Internship : 10,000CTC in case internship is converted to Full-Time Employment : 3.5L (Fixed)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.Manage job postings across portals and social media platforms.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and support selection.Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
