You are an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant responsible for providing L2/L3 application support across multiple SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, and Succession & Development. Your main duties involve managing ticket resolution, minor enhancements, and ongoing system improvements in a global support model spanning multiple countries. In the Employee Central (EC) module, you will handle configuration issues related to Foundation Objects, data models, business rules, event reasons, RBP (Role-Based Permissions), and org structure alignment. You will also resolve job information, position management, workflows, data correction, mass changes, imports, and ensure EC audit compliance. For the Recruiting (RCM) module, your responsibilities include providing support on requisition templates, offer approval workflows, candidate status flows, agency portals, job postings, candidate application issues, permission-based access management, and troubleshooting integration points with Onboarding and EC. In the Onboarding 2.0 (ONB) module, you will maintain onboarding process configurations, email templates, New Hire Data Collection, Review Checklists, Compliance Steps, address role issues, business rule errors, ensure functional data flows, and support reboarding and crossboarding scenarios. For Performance & Goals (PMGM), you will support goal plan setup, performance form templates, route maps, troubleshoot workflow issues, calibration cycle errors, form launches, manage end-of-cycle activities, and align goals. In the Succession & Development module, you will support talent pool management, nomination methods, succession org charts, help users navigate readiness assessments, talent profiles, career path planning, troubleshoot matrix grid reports, calibration readiness, and permissions. To qualify for this role, you must have at least 10 years of hands-on SuccessFactors support experience across at least 3 modules (EC, RCM, ONB 2.0, Succession) with strong knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration, admin tools, permissions (RBP), experience in global support environments with ticketing systems like Jira, exposure to multi-country SuccessFactors environments preferred, good understanding of integration touchpoints (middleware handling not required), and necessary certifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Onboarding 2.0, and Succession & Development.,
